We all know how sleep helps the reparative process of our bodies. However, if you will hear Jared tell it, it comes off like sleep is more important than what everyone reckons it to be. Here’s a quip from his interview:
“(My youthful appearance) is probably just down to sleep and diet. If you travel long haul a lot or don’t sleep much, it’s not going to last very long, that’s for sure.”

He’s an out-and-proud vegan.
